Matt Limbaugh

Matt Limbaugh (b. 1949) is a native of South Carolina. He studied church music, organ, and voice at North Greenville University (Junior College) and Carson-Newman College. Matt began playing for church services at age 13 and has held church music positions since age 16. He has served numerous churches including Calvary Hill Baptist (Easley), First Baptist Church (Williamston), and First Baptist Church (Mauldin), where he was a staff member for 30 years, retiring in 2015. For a period of years, he also worked as a carpenter and cabinet builder as part of Limbaugh and Sons Construction. Matt began composing in high school and has written numerous organ, piano, and choral arrangements. His work has been published by LifeWay, SoundForth, FJH Music, GlorySound, Lorenz, Shawnee Press, and Hope Publishing.
